Ed Threatens this Site

Edmond Wollmann Threatens and Harasses this site's Owner

True to form, Mr. Wollmann has begun a campaign of threats and harassment against this site. He was warned after a single threatening email to cease communicating with the owner of the site. Under current "Cyberstalking" and harassment laws, this is all the notice one needs. Any further communications, deliberate or not, constitute illegal harassment. Mr. Wollmann disregards these laws blatantly.

The authors and owners of this site have taken great pains to ensure that everything contained herein is truthful, factual, and legally unassailable. There is no defamation here. Of course, the greatest defense against a defamation charge is truth.

Mr. Wollmann was also advised that his communications to this owner of this site would be made public on the site itself. What follows is the log of Mr. Wollmann's communications to the administrator(s) of this site:

Yes, I'm sure the AG will want to know all about your threats to disrupt
an ISP and telecommunications facility.  Although, that may be more of a
Federal violation.

That was not a real threat, but a figure of speech purposely stated that
way. It is the same sort of figure of speech I used for Pacbell that
will win my lawsuit against them. Any fool knows a page is electronic
and cannot be "yanked" physically in anyway. I hereby DENY any meaning
in the physical sense that this defaming and propagandic abuser is
trying to spin. It was metaphoric. I am n ot criminal nor am I violent
and this spin will not stand.
cc' to secadmin. Please stop this abuser from e-mailing me anymore, the
authorities have been informed long ago and this abuser is too late and
too powerless to spin this defamation any longer.
The page WILL be removed one way or another.
